Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TechFlint CRM ("TechFlint", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TechFlint CRM is cloud-based business software that may provide customer management, user management, data import/export, labels, document storage, activity tracking, and messaging integrations including WhatsApp.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate access to authorized users.

3. Customer Data

You remain responsible for information entered or uploaded into TechFlint CRM and represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to process that information.

4. WhatsApp Integration

WhatsApp functionality uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp through TechFlint is also subject to applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, policies, messaging requirements, and restrictions. TechFlint cannot guarantee message delivery, template approval, or uninterrupted third-party service availability.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use TechFlint to send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, unsolicited, or harmful communications; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or violate third-party platform policies.

6. Third-Party Services

You are responsible for message and template content. Third-party services such as Meta may independently approve, reject, restrict, or discontinue their products.

7. Fees and Changes

If paid services apply, pricing and billing terms will be communicated separately. We may change or discontinue features as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

TechFlint software, branding, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to TechFlint and remain protected by applicable law.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, TechFlint does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every third-party service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
